Tamara slowly walked inside the house in awe . Everyone knew that Jennifer had money but nobody knew she was balling like this . T grabbed the throw blanket off the arm chair and wrapped Jen up inside then stood her up and gently helped her to the car . They laid her in the back and Icez climbed in beside her . T ran back and locked the doors to the house then jumped in the car & sped off .
--- The Hospital ---
" Excuse me sir , we need a doctor ASAP . " T stated firmly as they walked up to the nurses station .
The male nurse looked at T as if he was trying to figure out what was wrong with her .
" Ma'am you seem perfectly fine . I don't see a problem . "
" That's because you're old perverted ass is staring at my boobs . My best friend is sitting here with blood trickling down her legs and you're thinking about your next nut bust . Get me a fucking doctor now before I kick your ass . " T yelled loud enough for everyone on the first floor to hear . The nurse gave her a look as if he wanted to say something back but he immediately changed his mind when he realized that T was giving him the death glare as well . He quickly walked over to the phone picked it up & pressed 1 . Just as he hung the phone back up three female nurses rushed out with a stretcher . They laid Jen down then rushed back through the big metal doors .
- An hour & a half later -
T & Icez were sitting in the waiting room trying to keep their composure . Jen had been back in the operation/examination room for almost 2 hours and the doctors hadn't come out to tell them anything yet . T pulled her phone out once again and attempted to call Kamiyah but there was still no answer .
" WHAT THE FUCK ?! " T yelled getting mad and launching her iPhone halfway across the room . Good thing she had an outterbox on or that thing would've shattered .
" What's wrong ? " Icez questioned with a confused look on her face .
" Here we are sitting in this hospital with our friend trying to help but as reality sets in we can't . We're not her family . We don't know any of her personal info and the one person that can help us isn't picking up the damn phone ! "
"T , calm down . Every thing's going to be fine . "

About an hour later a nurse finally emerged from the back . T spotted her first & quickly stood up and walked over to her feening for some information . Icez quickly followed behind .
" Are you two here for a ... Jennifer Townsend ? " The nurse questioned looking down at her clipboard .
" yes " they both said in unison .
" Ok , what's your relationship with the patient ? "
" She's our sister . " Icez blurted out .
" Oh okay . I see the resemblance . " the nurse lied .
" Ok , can you tell us what's wrong now ? "
" Well , we don't really know yet . The only thing we do know for sure is that when that guy forced himself inside of her he ripped & bruised some tissue , that's what caused the bleeding . We did however find some traces of semen so you can press charges . Here's the worst news Ms . Jennifer could be pregnant or even worse , she could have an STD so we need to keep her here for at least a week . "

T woke up in a great mood . Her birthday was only one day away & she was really excited . She got up opened her blinds & decided that today was going to be a pampering day . T pulled up and parked the car then walked up to the door & knocked .

- Em & Jay - * One week later *
Jay & Em had been staying in this nice ass hotel on the far side of Jersey . Emerald woke up one morning and rolled over in the bed to see if Jay was still sleeping and just as she predicted , he was . Em decided to get up take a shower & go on down to breakfast .

" Bae , when I was at breakfast I saw what looked like Dock's crew & I think they saw me . We need to make moves becau...." Em spoke once she came back to their room but Jay cut her off .
" Shhhhh , bae you're worryin too much . you kno' I gotchu shawty & as long as you wit me , you ain't gotta worry bout shit . " Jay said walking over to embrace Em .
Just then they heard a hard knock on the door .
" Room service " a woman's voice sounded from the other side .
" I'll get it " Em said to Jay .
Em made a poor choice when she didn't look out the peephole first .
As soon as Em opened the door a in all black ( Dock ) put a tech 9 to her head .
" Don't move ! " he spoke . then motioned for his crew to move inside Jay & Em's room. Em turned ever so slightly and saw a girl with an all black leather suit on and long curly black & red hair , & thought to herself that must be Dock's sister.
" What the fuck ?! " Jay yelled out as he cracked one of the crew members but Jay was quickly knocked out by another member .
" OMG JAY ! " Em cried out attempting to run over to him .
" I said don't move . " Dock spoke , just as he hit Em in the head with the back of the gun . All Em could see was black .

Chapter 11
- Kamiyah -
" Man how I wish it was anybody but you . " Kamiyah cried out as she looked up to her ceiling . Tears continued to fall from Kamiyah's eyes as she put on her black & cheetah print dress . It was taking her forever to get ready and Kamiyah was okay with that because she wasn't in any rush to see her favorite cousin layed up in her casket . Right when Miyah was putting on her black lace cover up for her arms & back her phone started ringing . It was D .
" hey baby . "
" are you ready ? " I'm fenna leave out . "
" Not completely , but okay come on anyways . "
" you betta be ready by time I get there punk nigga . " D joked trying to lighten the mood .
" okay " Kamiyah said sadly without even so much as a comeback .
" Love you . "
" Love you too , be careful . " Kamiyah said still in a sad tone before hanging up .
Right when Kamiyah got off the phone with D , Tamara called .
" hello ?"
" yeah , my mom's letting me go . "
" okay . me & D will come & get you . "
Tamara could hear it in her bestfriend's voice that she was crying .
" it's going to be okay Miyah . " T said trying to cheer her up
" I suppose . " Kamiyah's mood still didn't change . She was depressed & hiding something .
" Well call when you're outside . " T said before hanging up .
--- At the funeral ---
Darrion just held Kamiyah as she broke down crying on his chest . He even shed a few tears himself . Tamara just rubbed Miyah's back saying " It's going to be okay Miyah . " but she couldn't hold her tears back neither . Kamiyah was crying so much she couldn't even go up & say her speech , but in her defense Kamiyah's mother spoke for the whole family . Cymone's parents were too upset to speak themselves . Everybody in the church was pouring down crying .
After all the speeches & loving words were shared , everyone walked up to the casket & viewed Cymone's body .
Kamiyah looked at Nae's corpse for about 5 seconds before turning away & breaking down crying again . Everyone was so lost in their grief and sorrow that they didn't notice the two black masked strangers walk in carrying big ass choppas .
It wasn't until people started hearing shit get wetted up that it came to realization .
D threw Kamiyah to the ground & got on top of her to save her from the round of gun shots , that seemed to last forever.
One of the masked strangers got on the stage and grabbed the microphone " ain't nobody going nowhere until we get the answer we're looking for . "
" Yeah ! " called out the other masked stranger from the back of the church .
" What ya'll wanna know ?! " D said getting off Kamiyah & helping her up .
" Who killed Zay & Crystyle ? "
Everybody looked around like what in the fuck , accept Bre , C-C , & Kamiyah . Kamiyah never told anyone about that night not even D . She knew he was going to be heated for not telling him but she wasn't tryna keep it from him , her mind was just occupied.
" Pssst Miyah ... " C-C whispered out to Miyah .
Miyah turned to face her ever so slightly .

in Kamiyah's head she was thinking why couldn't she just texted me in the first place ? would if i would've gotten a hole blown through my head because of her ignorance after all the reason we;re held at gunpoint now is because of her stupid ass decision to kill them . D looked at her because they were stopped by a train . " Bae yes I am a lil upset that you lied to me , but I won't be so hard on you because I know it's a tough time for you , & I know you're hurting . But bae never do that again . You could've been killed or seriously hurt and I would've never known . " D's eyes looked like he was going to cry but no tears fell .

i laid in the hospital bed in pain . the stupid i.v was making me itch and all this medication had me dizzy and doped up . i had just woke up from my third nap today and i had to blink a couple times to adjust to the light . i looked over and saw my love ( natalia ) asleep in the recliner and a smile spreaded across my face .

" aye em , what happened to T last night ? i want the whole story and who shot her now . " Kamiyah said angrily & crying .
" well we was going back to her crib when we crossed over into Dock's territory and next thing you know shots were fired shooting up Jay's range rover and that's how T got shot . " Em explained . " it's all my fault . " Em felt herself release more salty tears , her eyes felt so cried out .
Jay walked over & hugged her . " Babe , it's nobody's fault here but best believe Dock fenna get his handed to him . " Jay replied all gangsta like .
" i don't give a fuck who's getting what handed to him . my bf has been shot , i'm not playing nomore to get even . it's going down , i know who Dock's hoes be & his little sisters . i got these hands for anyone if not all of them . i'm fenna show them they fucked with the wrong one & that's onna G . " Kamiyah said in full-out rage with tears still falling . Just then the nurse who had been working on T came out from T's operating room . " Nurse please tell me my babe is okay . " Natalia said crying .
" Well Ms Tamara is going to be fine , luckily the bullet didn't hit nothing important it just barely pierced her side . she's completely fine , just in a lot of pain for now . you guys can go and see her if you want . "
all their hearts must've did a million backflips because they all began to hug & praise God .
They were walking to T's room when Kamiyah got a text . * Baeeeeeeee:) : " where are you love ? i haven't seen you at school . "
" i caught a cab with Natalia because T got shot and i'm at St . Petersburg hospital . "
" WTF !? T got shot ?! i'm fenna be up there bae , see you soon . "

Kamiyah replied and then slipped her phone in her pocket & headed to T's room .
" hey bestfriend , how are you ? "
" in pain & heavily drugged off this morphine . "
Kamiyah giggled & felt herself get teary eyed again this time tears of joy because her bestfriend was okay .
They all decided not to stay long since they had to go back to school .
Em , Jay , & Jen all left out & D arrived 2 minutes later . Natalia decided to stay with T & Mrs parker .
" So bae how did she get shot ? " D asked Miyah once they were in his car .
Miyah told him exactly what Em told her . But she decided she ain't wanna talk about that for too long because she felt herself become angry again .

" hey em ! Hey jen ! " Tamara called out walking up to two of her close friends .
" Supp ! " they both said in unison with a smile .

" waiting for Jay to come pick us up . we gone smoke a couple blunts , you down ? "

" Alright . " Tamara replied sitting down on Emerald's porch .
" Em , you look different . you cut your hair ? " Tamara asked looking Em over.
Emerald was about 5'4 , puerta rican , with long pretty hair . well her hair used to be long but now it was cut into a short bob with blonde streaks. Jennifer on the other hand was 5'6 , brown - skinned & tom boy to the T . she played basketball and everything , but in T's eyes she was just another one of the girls .
" oh this ? " em questioned running her hands through her hair . " it was time for a change that long hair was a lot to handle. "
" that's what's up . i like it " T replied .
" look there's jay ! " Jen pointed as the all black Range Rover parked in front of the house .
Jay was a local dope boy & Em's boyfriend . His dad Marco was the kingpin ( head dope boy ) of Jersey and Jay was slowly but surely taking over the empire .
" hey boo . " Em stated standing up and walking towards the car.

" come on yall let's go ! " Em called out to T & Jen .

Emerald passed the blunt then took a shot of pineapple ciroc and passed that too .

" Jay come take us home! T is fucked up and needs some rest . "
" iight go out to the car i'll be there in a minute . " jay replied throwing his keys in her direction .
Emerald & jennifer walked Tamara to the car and sat her in the backseat up against the door . Jen climbed in and sat next to her and Em climbed in the front . after about 5 minutes Jay came out & started the car then sped off down the street .

about 5 blocks from T's house Jay was stopped at a stoplight . he sat up in his seat kinda uncomfortable because this was Dock's territory ( another local drug dealer )
Jay was so deep in thought he didn't realize the all black van with tinted windows pull up next to him .
" Bae !! get down !! " em yelled out as the windows rolled down and the masked men held their guns out the window & opened fire . Jay reached under the seat and grabbed his hammer . He managed to take out ole dude in the front seat before pressing on the gas & speeding off down the street .
" everybody good ? " Jay questioned
" I'm cool . just shooken up . " Em replied .
" i'm gucci " jen stated " what about you T .... oh my God! T's been shot !!! Jay get to the hospital quick . "
Jen sat in the back applying pressure to the gunshot wound in T's lower stomach area .
" T ! T ! say something !! "
" jen why are you crying ?! Ahhhhh !! " T yelled trying to sit up as the pain set in . she had fallen asleep & the alcohol in her system numbed the pain so T had no idea that she'd even been shot .
" Tamara be still ! " jen yelled pushing T back down on the seat .
" What's wrong with me ? why is there blood everywhere ? " T questioned beginning to panic .
" you got shot T ! now sit fucking still ! " Em yelled from the front seat as Jay pulled into the hospital parking lot
He parked the car in the front of the hospital and ran around to T's side . He picked her up & ran inside . The paramedics took over from there . They rushed her to the back on a stretcher and told Emerald , Jennifer , and Jay to wait in the waiting room while she had surgery .
" should we call mrs . Parker and tell her ? " Em questioned hestitantly
" Um no , let's see what happens first . "
" that's stupid Jen ! Em call her mom ." Jay demanded .
Emerald stepped to the side and dialed Mrs Parker's number. she answered in a rather groggy voice as if she'd been sleeping .
" Hello ? "
" hey ma , this is Emerald . ummmm ... "
" Em , do you know where Tamara is ? It's a school night and she's not home yet . "
" That's actually why i was calling . umm . maa you need to get to the hospital now . Tamara's been shot ! "
Em hung up without giving mama parker a chance to reply she didn't wanna explain what happened on the phone so she ended the call .
Em went back over and took a seat next to Jen and tried to keep themselves together .

" hey natalia... have you heard from Tamara since school ended yesterday ? " Kamiyah asked kinda nervous .
" no . actually i haven't . you haven't talked to her ? "
" no i texted her & called her last night but i got no reply. i'm kinda worried . this isn't like her at all to just go m . i . a then not show up at school . something is definately wrong . "
" yes ! do you have her mom's number ? i really wanna know if my baby's okay . "
Kamiyah smiled at Natalia calling T her baby , they were so cute .
" yeah , i have it . let's step outside & i'll call her . "
"okay . " natalia replied walking behind miyah .

" Oh my God miyah ! i was just about to call you . Get up here to the hospital as soon as possible ... Tamara's been shot . "
Kamiyah's heart sank to her stomach . she droppd her phone as tears filled her eyes .
" Kamiyah ! Miyah ! what's wrong ? " Natalia asked now more worried than ever .
" Natalia.... Tamara's been shot ! come on we gotta go ! "
Natalia's heart was beating a mile a minute as tears ran down her cheeks . Her and Miyah grabbed their things & ran to the corner & flagged down a taxi .
" please take us to St . Petersburg hospital & HURRY !!! "
